Scroll to explore01 Who it’s for
You're great at what you do. Your website should make that just as clear.
Clarity. Credibility. Conversion-ready.
Don’t see your exact niche?
If you sell your expertise, your time or a service, you’re in the right place.
Tell me what you do02 A look at what’s possible
A consistent process doesn't mean a cookie-cutter result. Each concept is shaped around the person, the audience and the feeling their business needs to convey.
These are concept websites, created to show what’s possible—not templates waiting to be recoloured.

Start your project03 How it works
A guided, one-to-one process
You bring the knowledge of your business. I’ll draw it out, shape it and craft your bespoke website.
The messy version is welcome. Rough notes, half-formed ideas and “I know what I mean, but I can’t word it” are all perfectly good places to begin.
A relaxed first conversation
We’ll talk about your business, the people you want to reach and what isn’t working now. There’s no polished brief to prepare and no technical questions to revise for.
The thinking and making
I shape the structure, visual direction and words into one intentional website. You won’t be left alone with a blank document, expected to sound sales-y or asked to touch a website builder.
Your private preview
You’ll explore the finished site privately before anybody else sees it. Tell me what feels right and what needs adjusting; there’s no meter running on pre-launch amends.
Launch, then ongoing care
I look after the domain connection, final checks and launch, then show you around without handing you a list of chores. Updates, security and the small changes afterwards stay taken care of.
Your part
My part
04 Built into the experience
A polished launch takes more than designing a few pages. The supporting pieces are folded into the process, so you’re not left coordinating the gaps.
No bolt-ons. No list of people to chase. Before the build
Clarity and creative direction, even when all you have is the beginning of an idea.
Prompts, practical help and a second pair of eyes—never a blank document and good luck.
A short, useful exercise to sharpen who the site is speaking to and what they need to hear.
Brand colours, type and a wordmark logo—enough to feel coherent without delaying the website.
Space to respond, refine and feel certain before your new site meets the public.
When it’s time
The technical set-up and launch-day pieces brought together without a scramble at the finish line.
The behind-the-scenes connections are managed and checked for you.
A focused build with a clear finish line, once everything we need is ready to go.
Five on-brand social graphics and a full-page website visual, ready to share.
A useful, on-brand resource for your audience—not a generic PDF with your logo added.
A calm tour of the finished website, so you feel shown around rather than handed over.
Once you’re live
An ongoing relationship that keeps the website useful, current and one less thing to worry about.
The essential maintenance happens quietly in the background.
I’ll reach out when it’s time for a refresh; you don’t have to remember to ask.
Google Analytics connected, plus a quarterly summary written for a person rather than a data analyst.
Your wider online presence is honed alongside the website itself.
Small changes and questions are part of the relationship. You’re never a bother.
Your business, your experience and the result all genuinely matter here.
05 About Rebecca
Designer, developer and the person at the other end of the email
I’m Rebecca. I build the sort of websites that help small businesses stand a little taller—and I make the experience of getting there feel refreshingly human.
I believe that every website has a job to do: to have the visitor take action. Whether that be to book a call, place an enquiry or click ‘buy now’. A website has to work as a valued member of your team, and represent you in the best light.
That's why, when you work with me, your website is shaped entirely around your business, brand and goals. Great design and ongoing care are included as standard. Get started by contacting me today.
06 A different way to work
Most designer website projects begin with a large invoice and end with a handover. Elevated Business works differently. I build your website, keep it looked after and remain available as your business evolves—all through one straightforward monthly service.
Your upfront design and build fee
The full custom website experience, without the designer price tag.
Simple from the start
Your website, hosting, maintenance and support are all part of one straightforward monthly service.
No rate increasesAs long as you remain an Elevated Business client, the rate you join on stays yours.
07 Questions, answered
Before you need to ask
Getting a new website can feel full of unknowns. These are the useful answers—the ones that make it easier to know what you’re saying yes to.
There’s no silly question. If something still feels unclear, ask me in ordinary language. I’ll answer the same way.
Ask RebeccaNo. We can begin with rough notes, existing materials or simply a conversation. I’ll help you clarify the audience and wording, and if you don’t yet have a visual identity, the starter brand pack gives us a foundation. We’ll identify any images genuinely needed without making “get everything perfect” your first task.
No. I design and code each site around the business it belongs to. We may use familiar patterns where they help visitors—clear navigation is useful, after all—but the visual direction, structure and details won’t be a template with different colours dropped in.
Rather than beginning with a large design-and-build invoice, your custom website and its ongoing care sit within one monthly relationship. That covers the website, hosting, maintenance and the continuing support described above. Your exact rate and terms will be clear before anything begins—no surprise extras tucked into the process.
Because I don’t build websites to hand them over and disappear. Every website is paired with ongoing care, so I don’t charge a separate upfront build fee. You still receive the full custom website—not a smaller or rushed version—followed by hosting, maintenance and support through the monthly service.
Everything belongs to you—the site code, the content, the assets, all of it. There’s no minimum term and no catch: if you ever decide to leave, you take the finished website with you. My aim is that you’re genuinely happy with the service and stick around for a long time, but if you’re not, there’s a no-quibble guarantee. Nothing is held back.
The Shape it, Launch it and Care for it items above are part of the service. The one standard third-party cost is your domain name: you’ll provide one you already own or purchase one directly from a domain provider. If you don’t have one yet, I’ll guide you through choosing it, then handle the connection and DNS set-up for you. Routine care and small changes belong in the ongoing relationship. If you later want something substantially new—such as additional functionality, a large new section or a wider rebrand—we’ll agree the scope and any cost before I touch it.
That is exactly why you receive a private preview. You can explore the site before it becomes public and tell me what feels right or wrong. Pre-launch amends aren’t limited to an arbitrary number; we refine it until it feels like the professional version of your business—not my idea imposed on it.
The site will be built with sound search foundations, connected to Google Analytics and supported by Google Business Profile work where relevant. No honest designer can promise a particular ranking, but I can make sure the technical starting point is strong, visible and measurable—and explain what the numbers mean afterwards.
The focused build is covered by a go-live-in-a-week guarantee once our groundwork is complete and the materials we’ve agreed are ready. That speed comes from a guided, concentrated process—not from skipping the thinking or asking you to spend the week chasing loose ends.

No formal brief required
Tell me what you do, where the current version is falling short and what you’d love people to understand sooner. It doesn’t need to be polished. That part comes later.
What happens next
I’ll read it properly.Your message comes to me, not a sales team or an automated qualification funnel.
We’ll have a real conversation.A relaxed first chat to understand the business and see whether the fit feels right on both sides.
You’ll know the next step.If we’re a good match, I’ll explain the process, monthly service and what I need from you in plain English.
