03 How it works

Clear from the first conversation.

  1. 01

    Tell me what feels heavy

Share the tasks, bottlenecks or responsibilities taking up too much space.

  2. 02

    We shape the support

We’ll agree priorities, hours, boundaries, communication and the practical details.

  3. 03

    I get to work

You receive dependable support, clear updates and more room to focus on your business.

04 Useful details

Before you need to ask.

01Do I have to commit to five hours every week?

Five hours a week is my recommended starting point because it creates enough continuity to learn your business and make meaningful progress. It isn’t an automatic requirement: we’ll discuss your workload, priorities and budget before agreeing the right arrangement.

02What can I ask you to help with?

Support can include inbox and diary management, client communication, research, document preparation, organisation, recurring administration and defined projects. If something sits outside my expertise or needs a regulated specialist, I’ll always be clear about that.

03How will we communicate?

We’ll choose a simple rhythm that works for both of us, with clear channels for routine requests, updates and anything genuinely urgent. The aim is to reduce communication clutter, not create another place you have to constantly check.

04Can the support change over time?

Yes. Businesses change, busy periods pass and new priorities emerge. We can review the scope and hours together so the support remains useful rather than continuing out of habit.

No polished brief needed

Tell me what would make work feel lighter.

You can send the messy version: what keeps slipping, what takes too long, or what you simply don’t want to carry alone anymore. I’ll come back to you personally.
